I have been waiting on a phone call from housekeeping for 2 days now. I finally get a call back and she explains that the housekeeper is off and she hasn't had a chance to talk to her about the item I left in the room. Here's my problem, first she had the wrong room number which means whoever took my message took it down wrong. Second, why do you need to talk to that particular housekeeper if a log is kept of what is found in rooms? RecommendedWe loved our stay. Accommodations are immaculate. Front desk staff, valets, everyone one was so friendly. So many things to do and see within walking distance.

Always great time listening to the jazz music in the lobby. Good drinks and food. Great hospitality as well!
stayed here and it is close to so much in walking distance, not to mention the rooftop bar! the room was really comfortable, I slept good! breakfast was the best!!

Your lack of understanding the challenges #militaryfamilies face during deployment is appalling. My friend booked his hotel room at The Tremont House through priceline and unfortunately due to his orders being changed he had to cancel. priceline approved a refund on their end, without hesitation, but they still had to get approval from The Tremont House. He got the official papers stating his order changed and The Tremont House still denied a refund. Two days later...No refund after #activeduty military member could not make... read more
