A grand hotel that has the feel of a bygone era, if a little pricy.
You need to do a retraining of your employees. Creating a scene for my friend’s mom over a mistake is unacceptable. Plus calling her a liar in front of everyone is not okay. Fix yourself
This is a historic building that is dripping is white marble. It's just a wonderful experience for your stay in Galveston. It has a roof-top bar, the view is amazing and the drinks are good. Right down to the door knobs its got that extra touch that makes any trip extra special.

The Rooftop bar is the best kept secret in Galveston. A true must to see.
Pets allowed! But with a $100 non refundable fee...shouldn't that be stated on the website? No surprises when you check in? First and last time at this hotel...thanks!
