Only stayed the one night, this is a beautiful Hotel in a good location at a reasonable price, breakfast was good and not overly expensive. Better than a lot of the hotels we have stayed at that cost more, friendly staff. Thanks

Historic hotel in the heart of The Strand, Shops and restaurants. Nice bar, to include The Roof Top Bar, and cafe. The staff were friendly, helpful and cordial. Definitely worth another stay.
The only reason why I’m giving this hotel a one is because I had to wait to get my car from the valet for a long time. I was attending a workshop. I got out at 3:20 p.m and I didn’t get my car till 5 p.m.! So much for valet services! I was not the only one in this situation. If you are expecting a high number of people then it would help to hire more people for the event. My suggestion is give a discount to the organization that sponsored the workshop. Other than that, the food and the waiters were great!
