This store is a complete scam. They sell discounted products and DO NOT DELIVER. My order number 121720-020027-383 was CONFIRMED on 12/17/2020. After 5 days trying to figure out what was going on, I was told the product was no longer available and I should try a different store. Do not buy at this shop. They are not serious and have no respect to the customer.

Had a pretty terrible retail experience with TrekSuperstore. Placed an order for a crankset, rotors, and BB on 11/28. After several days without an update, I reached out to customer service and was notified that the crankset was out of stock (somehow after I placed order?), removed from my order and I was refunded--fine. Customer service rep said I can place a new order for the crankset after they were restocked. The listed price was higher, so I replied by asking if they would honor the original price I paid.
