I have been to the treetop resort three times and every time the staff so nice very very responsive to all your needs is nothing more I can say great staff thank you so much treetop I had a wonderful time in the room excellent

Room is nice can tell that it’s been updated. I do find it weird that you check into one hotel then go to another one to stay in but whatever it’s still nice. My only issue(s) that I have is that I have a son with a couple food allergies. And I called on 3 different occasions to just inquiring about the food service. And was reassured that the restaurant(s) would be able to accommodate his allergies. Well except for the cafe probably wouldn’t be able too. We visit yearly for skiing. We typically stay off site; however, this year we stayed at the Lodge. Had a fabulous time! Very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. The bar is a great added feature to the Lodge. It allows everyone to gather in one location for great conversation. The shuttle was great for the kids. It gave them a little freedom to come and go as they pleased. We will definitely stay again next year!

Wonderful large room, comfy bed and lovely walkout view of snowy woods! We came for the sleigh ride dinner and it surpassed all expectations! Can’t wait to try another dinner excursion!

I went for valentines day. I loved that it was 5 dollars to try snowboarding, cause my husband only tried once and hurt himself. My son had more fun and is pretty good at it. We spent most our time in the hot tub and sauna. the pool was perfect. I had never swam in a heated pool in the snow outside. I felt like I was doing something extremely unique. The only problem we had was we really wanted to go extreme snowboarding and we couldn't. Nobody explained that U had to pre reserve. When we went to the desk, they sent us to th... read more
Terrific time at Treetops in Gaylord Michigan. We skied the slopes, went snowshoeing, watched the dogsleds, swam in the indoor outdoor pool, and attended the horse drawn sleigh ride and dinner. It was absolutely a fantastic weekend. The service was fantastic, food was great at the sports bar, breakfast, and sleigh ride dinner.
