RecommendedThe rooms are great and the course was fantastic. The grill/bar was trash, no staff, no tables, no help they need to finish what else was a great time. Should have just went to town for dinner.

Do I recommend Treetops Resort? Is there a stronger word than No I can select? Tried to reach out to Treetops directly about my issues, and didn't receive anything other than an automated responder...We can start with the extremely rude staff (outside of the rangers and cart boys/gals who were extremely pleasant). I can't recommend Tree tops anymore. Yesterday Sunday August 23 for more than 5 hours we played Tradition course. And it was so backed up from Hole 7 to 14 we left from frustration. They had no ranger, the starter left at 2pm after we even got there and there was no bev cart person anywhere. Just awful And when we told them at the clubhouse they claimed they didn't know where the back-up occurred. So they thought we just imagined it.
Great renovated hotel rooms with the deluxe. Golf was great and great weather. The courses were in nice shape. Traditions plays nice for a warm up, Premier has challenging greens and Signature has nice views. Threetops is a great fun par three 9 quoted to be best in USA.

We stayed and golfed this week. Had a nice week for golf. As one of our golfers could not make it they moved are price up around $70. That was fare. As we were on are way home got a message they charged me another $400. Something they messed up on charges?? Not good customer service as we we’re at the front desk for over an hour the day before. As they were trying to figure out.?
Scenery is awesome and the staff was friendly and helpful, but both the Masterpiece and Tradition are a maintenance nightmare and worth about $30 for 18. 1/2 dead greens, tee boxes, fairways, and unrepaired sandtraps made golf less than enjoyable, maybe you should stick tome money back into the courses!
