the employees were all amazing! all of them! THe place is so clean and modern. Love the pool area and the spa. Treetops has it all.

My husband and I received The Skiable Feast package from our daughters for Christmas. We had a wonderful time! The people were so friendly and the food was amazing! We had a great time talking with the staff at each station learning about the different foods/beers and the area. It was a little confusing at check in....we had brought our luggage into the main lodge not realizing our room was not in that building. Great slope and lounge staff, they played music on the hills which I liked, it’s expansive for being small, very nicely groomed and well taken care of resort. Would definitely go back again. For reference, I grew up skiing in Michigan and I often ski at Mt Holly, with annual trips to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands every year.

Wow!!! What an amazing weekend! Girls trip to Treetops Resort and absolutely amazing hospitality!!! We stayed in the Jones Cottage and every single employee that we came across was wonderful!! Joe, our shuttle driver, Kaitlyn, at the front desk, Colleen, at the sports bar. WOW!! We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you all!!

Great snow sunshine very short lift lines. Not far off I75. Cheaper than Otsego Club that just opened to the public this year.

The stench of garbage and wet dog was present in just about each building we went into. We also didn’t know there were several buildings that were not connected. We had to drive from check in to our room and then drive again to eat because they are all spaced out on the complex. We drove four hours for the sleigh ride package. It ended up being a wagon due to lack of snow. The ride itself was shorter than we anticipated and the “magical scenery” was old worn out sheds covered in Christmas lights. We won’t be back.

My husband & I went for the sleigh ride dinner. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely courteous. The food was amazing! We stayed the night at the Inn, very nice atmosphere & CLEAN. I will & already have been recommending to my friends. We will be back!
