I have ordered from TreeStuff for at least 5 years and was ALWAYS extremely happy and well taken care of, PRIOR to when ownership changed. A very short time after the "new" owners took over, Customer service went down hill, and continues to deteriorate. ALL of our orders used to come with stickers, sometimes new tools to try out, EVERYONE there was nice and very apathetic. I have placed a few orders with Tree Stuff and they have always got the orders right! This last order they threw in safety glasses free!
