This past year has been horrible with customer service. I'm not gonna go into detail. But make the switch go shop some where else. I started shopping with barrlet arborist supply an it's great. They take care of business like tree stuff use to before Sherrill got involved with them. I think it great tho I left Sherrill cause of pricing and customer service. I don't live far from their HQ, so shipping used to be pretty fast. Their product selection is top Notch. However, recently more and more since the buyout, Treestuff has been coming up short. Numerous packages appear significantly late, or have some of the items missing from them. My most recent order never showed up at all. I've tried every method to contact Treestuff, but I am consistently ignored. It sucks that Treestuff's selection is so good, yet their communication & ability to bring those products to you is so bad.
