Only place I trust to get my cars/trucks from.....
My husband and I will never go back. I went in there and purchased two cars. My salesman Cortez was amazing but one of the cars we bought we were told was four wheel drive and it is not. It was an honest mistake on Cortez's part, but they're doing nothing to make it right. All they say is the bank owns it now and we can't do anything. I'm in sales and I know something can be done. Randy got me into a very nice car! Basically, I got everything I asked for, and more, and they worked hard to get me a decent loan. Bunch of nice guys there too!
They run peoples credit when they are asked not to and then hang up on me when I callto ask about it. Real professional!?! They were told not to until we contracted them to let em know. Funny they said they did it before we left but they didn't tell us before we left there? I will be contacting someone about this issue. It's wrong and they know it is.
Had a great experience, worked with me to get where I needed to be with payments, love the new car! Awesome experience, would recommend GMT to anyone!
