what a fantastic experience! took my daughter to purchase her first car (on her own) Cortez spent the day with us, even as far as driving us to another lot to help her find the car she wanted. they got her into exactly what she was looking for at a great price. I didn't buy a vehicle from is location but from the newly closed eureka location, but after reading the reviews on this place it's very easy to see that they are all the same way, will lie to your face and sell you a vehicle that is just freshly imported from Canada. oh and not the mention the customer service is horrible, and they sold me the wrong warranty even though I paid for the right one and now I cant get my truck fixed,. THANKS TRAVERS!
Bait. And. Switch. Wow.... I didn’t know people still did this. Was told an SUV would be sent over from another location for us to buy and took the day off to come out from Warrenton to find out per the salesman another location had it and was selling it to someone today. When I asked if they really just wasted my time, the salesman just turned and walked away, no apology or anything. What a joke of a dealership. I’ll make sure to share this experience on my radio show with my listeners.
This company needs to act like they care about their customers after the car leaves the lot and when they sell a car make sure it has all the required components like lug nut keys
they got us into a newer vehicle within our budget and down payment. worked with banks to get us a loan. thanks
