Everyone was nice but they don’t ever call you back in they say still waiting to get a call from Jamie it’s been over a month since we cancelled our warranty and they have not given us our refund of $1500. It was supposed to be back on the loan weeks ago.
Can’t stand that y’all would use that idiot MOON to try to sell cars. Why would you try to capitalise on the guy whose false reporting has slowed the work in Mo, Wasted $$$ which could have been used to accomplish something in the city of St. Louis and has most likely accepted cash from the entire deal. Would fave been smarter to remove ads which include MOON as soon as the idiots name was revealed.
I would have checked out trucks here but not after your spokesman initiated the entire false case against the Governor of Missouri. I'll take my next truck purchase elsewhere.
Please don't go there the O'Fallon location! Randy and Greg where great but the Finance guy Dennis is a scammer this dude gives you all kind of excuses not to have to fix his mistakes. I will never go there again and if you do make sure you tell the person you working with to tell that fucking idiot in the finance department to add your sales tax.
