Horrible! Shady! Don’t buy!
Horrible customer service, the title department and sales team work together to ensure that you feel good about the purchase of a vehicle only to be completely fooled by hidden fees, unnecessary warranty issues and asking to come back in to resign paperwork because your name was spelled incorrectly the first time (it wasn’t) this is part of the ENTIRE scam so you can sign other documents that will make your purchase of the vehicle legal without giving you the title.
