Travel Haus of St. Louis and Vicki Carlock were amazing! I meet Vicki at the St. Louis Bridal show in 2012. I knew I wanted to have a destination wedding but had no idea how to make it happen. We worked with Gayle at Travelhaus and the working relationship couldn't have been better. We originally planned for a destination wedding going as far as having it booked. Our youngest daughter always dreamed of having a Beach wedding. I was more than skeptical of trying to arrange a destination wedding to Riviera Maya. We contacted Travel Haus and worked with the most amazing agent named Julie Knaust. She was so detailed orientated, knowledgeable but very pleasant and approchable. I can't thank Kelly Morman at Travel Haus enough for everything she did while booking our trip to the Hard Rock Cancun. She made sure that we fully understood everything, how the hotel credit would work, what the agenda would be, etc. We were able to pack and go without having to worry about the details. All the booking through Kelly Morman was great. She helped us with all the spa and golf outing bookings. We stayed at the Hard Rock in Cancun with 97.3 the bull group. Shuttle from airport was great. Check in was quick. The rooms were Fantastic. Fully stocked fridge included in the deal. The staff was great and the hotel could not have been kept cleaner. I would definately stay here again. If you are considering a destination wedding in Riviera Maya....call Gayle Ailshie at Travel Haus....you will not regret it. There was not a single detail that was not considered and arranged. We just returned from Secrets Maroma - Riviera Maya - The trip was fabulous, and was everything that Julie had said it would be. We love working with Julie Knaust for our trips, she is on top of all details, and just a super easy person to work with. We will definitely be using Travel Haus (through Julie of course) in the future!!!
