I would highly recommend using Julie Knaust through Travel Haus of St. Louis. She is thorough and efficient and we were able to depend on her for whatever we needed. Just spent the past week in Haultulco Mexico that Julie Knaust had planned. She did an awesome job of planning and making sure everything was taken care of. We have traveled thru Julie before and will be sure and use her again.
Julie did a super GREAT job of putting together a group of 28 of us at Secrets in Hualtco, Mexico last week. Her attention to detail was amazing and we were all Preferred Plus at the resort. She always had all the answers to ANY of my questions and was very pleasant to work with!! It was a great trip!!
Kelly Morman did a fantastic job booking all of the travel and hotel arrangements for my brother's wedding in Cancun late last year. She was professional, courteous and patient throughout the entire process. We all had a wonderful time, and Kelly was very accommodating of everyone's needs. It was a pleasure being able to go out of the country for an event such as this, and to not encounter any hassles or issues whatsoever! I highly recommend Travel Haus, they will not disappoint you!
I have always booked our trips myself online, but decided I would call a travel agency this time. Teresa was awesome right from the beginning. It was nice to let someone else do the booking and I liked knowing if I had any problems I could call her. I will use her for all trips in the future. She was friendly, professional and very helpful.
