A great big HUG for Julie and Kelly at Travelhaus!!!! We recently returned from my daughters destination wedding in Cancun. We were at the Live Aqua Resort. The help before the trip from both Kelly and Julie was 5 stars all the way. I called with several questions and they were always prompt with their responses. From the time we walked into the airport to leave until we returned we had great service. I will be recommending Travelhaus!
Julie Knaust is the best! My husband and I along with a group of our friends just recently returned from a week stay in Cancun at Fiesta Americana Condesa. Julie Knaust was our travel agent and I could not have been more pleased with the trip she planned for us. Rachel planned the most amazing honeymoon to Australia for us. She helped us plan the perfect trip within our budget. We went to three different destinations within the country and had zero travel issues. We enjoyed all of the excursions that were picked out for us, especially snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef! I booked my first vaction in years to Las Vegas with Jessica from Travel Haus. I gave her my dates and price ranges and boy did she deliver. She got us a great deal and a beautiful hotel room at the Mirage. This hotel is huge and has a lot of amneties we recieved a $50 food and beverage credit as well. I will be using her for my next trip.
I book a vacation once a year for my wife and I to go some place warm. We decided to use Mike and Travel Haus to book this time. I gave them a description of my previous trips and what I expect in a trip. We ended up going to Negril this time, and we were spoiled! They nailed it!! Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I will be calling them again next year when we are booking!
