We booked our first all inclusive vacation through Travel Haus, using Julie Knaust as our travel specialist. Julie was SO helpful with my endless questioning and very prompt in all her responses to me. Every detail was covered and I felt confident that all was in place before we left. Once arriving in Cancun, things went exactly as Julie had told us. Everything was easy and uncomplicated. We stayed at The Excellence Riviera, Cancun. The resort was BEAUTIFUL and our trip was perfect. Will be asking for Julie again very soon!

We have booked 3 trips to Mexico and 1 trip to the Dominican Republic through Travel Haus. Our most recent trip was a return visit to the Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico. Samantha was our agent and everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time. Samantha at Travel Haus did a great job of planning our honeymoon trip. We stayed at Secrets St. James in Montego Bay and everything was PERFECT!. Jessica pulled together what I initially thought would be an impossible itinerary in southern Italy. But she did it!! We did not have a worry in the world as we traveled to Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
Jessica gave us exactly what we were looking for on our vacation to the Valentin Imperial in Riviera Maya, Mexico! My 5 year old son and I just returned from Cancun, Mexico yesterday after spending 7 wonderful days there. I just emailed Travel Haus a few months ago, and I got a rapid response from Mike, even on the weekend. He went above and beyond for me with scheduling a great place for my son and I.
