I love my certified vehicle, but i hated the experience. Waiting for 6+ hours there trying to settle all the paperwork. Later on in the year we noticed a few things that were wrong on the paperwork. Went to Trapp to see what we could do about it and no one could really help since it was so far since we had signed papers. Our sales person did not explain everything to us, which lead to us signing the paperwork wrong. Now I am having problem with this and they can’t help me. I feel like all they want is your money. The name says it all! They quick to make a sale and take your money!! Buy a vehicle and promise to fix what needs to be fixed on it and never fixes anything. Bought a truck in December 2017 and still has not been fixed. License plate don’t come in for 3 months and they don’t call you to go get it.
