My husband and I had the absolute BEST shopping and purchasing experience with Trapp Cadillac! Mr. Robert was always so welcoming! Asia George was the most kind, knowledgeable, and patient salesperson I’ve ever met! We began car shopping in December of last year. Trapp was our first stop and it was our last. It was as if we were part of the Cadillac family already. Kacy, in the internet sales department, was extremely critical to our returning as well! Class A service is what we received AND continue to receive!

After looking for months for our 17 year old daughter a car we finally found it here. She loves her 2018 Cruze. Everyone here was so friendly. A huge shout out to Mr. Stevie Hornsby for helping me decide and putting up me me �. The guy we signed the loan with was so informative telling me everything. I can’t remember his name � sorry.
