I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Trapp. Stevie was my salesman and I’d recommend him to anyone, I just wouldn’t recommend Trapp because of the service department. Within the past 2 months I’ve had my vehicle in the service department twice and both times I’ve been very disappointed with communication from them about the status of my car. Calls were not returned and when we asked to speak to the service manager, he/she was never available either.
