The jacks on our RV were not working. Transwest RV of Fountain, CO fixed the jacks quickly and with moderate costs. Thanks Transwest!
I have a green Mountain grill (pellet grill) we took it to Ray and he had our grill fixed and cooking dinner within two hours. They have GREAT customer service, we are so glad we found them!!!
They were very helpful, got our RV serviced in one day. They were also able to help us with an issue we had with our slide out. Camping world was no help with our slide!!! Transwest is our first go to.
I would not recommend any person or company to transwest. Everytime I have brought a truck in for repairs I constantly keep getting the erin around. Parts are ordered them back ordered. No one can give an answer. Extremely poor customer service.... I feel sorry for anyone who had to deal with the company or their counter people.
I don't know company personally but I love how they sound and what they offer is great.... Good. Work keep it up.....
