Brought truck in due to leaking oil. Have oil spinner replaced. But they didn't put oil back in?????
17 days broke down in parking lot they can't seem to figure out the problem and I was actually told I should have called and requested new truck day 3 or 4. I drove a 2020 in with less than 2400 miles but I should just get a new truck?
RecommendedVery well run operation. The facilities for drivers are 1st class. The employees are friendly and knowledgable. One of the better service centers we have been in.
They will take advantage of you, customer service sucks and god forbid you need something towed! Find another repair shop.
Nobody puts Bobby in a corner
Just bought a 2020 freightliner hauler buying experience was awful customer service was terrible during the process and after the sale this company is a joke talk with many different associates threw the three month process of ordering our truck they either got fire or quit which made our experience mental exhausting! Truck was delivered dirty on the inside and out missing a piece of the cab! Also it had a air leak! Also some quality control issues with the conversion which probably won’t get fixed was told it is what it is!... read more
customer service is horrible, mechanics don't know how to repair 2018 trucks. Do not give them time of day.
