Just bought a winnebago, tony our sales person was the best!
Just wanted to thank Ray, Keegan and staff for working with us and our insurance company when we were in need of body work on our 5th wheel. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and understanding. They kept us up on the progress as they worked on our rig and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Transwest.
Everyone we delt with was very nice. Prices were reasonable and we will not hesitate to get service again from them or any of their sister stores.
As transients we were in need of short list of items to be delt wth. Service manager , Ray, was most helpful in arranging for our issues to be addressed. The techs assigned to our coach were not only knowledgeable and efficient but good communicators. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were very pleased when we saw the final bill . If, when, we are in need of service in the future we hope there will be a Trans West facility nearby.
On a trip to Colorado from Austin,TX I had some problems with my coach. A national dealer in Denver said they could schedule service in two months. After calling Winnebago I ended up speaking with Transwest RV of Fountain. What a wonderful experience! Everyone from Keegan, the Service Adviser, to Ray Knourek, the Parts & Service Manager, was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My coach was repaired and I was on the road the same day. Came to Colorado from Missouri through rain and high winds at thanksgiving. We stopped in to see if we could get our coach washed up and they took it right in to wash. Thank you to Ray and team for the great hospitality!! We will be back.
