Just bought a 2020 freightliner hauler buying experience was awful customer service was terrible during the process and after the sale this company is a joke talk with many different associates threw the three month process of ordering our truck they either got fire or quit which made our experience mental exhausting! Truck was delivered dirty on the inside and out missing a piece of the cab! Also it had a air leak! customer service is horrible, mechanics don't know how to repair 2018 trucks. Do not give them time of day.
Worst customer service. they take you truck promise that they will work on it by a certain time. never happens. every time I talked to them, another excuse. now, they are throwing parts at the problem, the mechanics are not skilled, can't even follow simple instructions.
Coolant system went out on 9/28, was here until Monday 10/3, now back again for Fuel Rail pressure problems today 10/6.... If you have a pet in your truck with you, go somewhere else, do not allow pets in the building at all, and considering its supposed to be in the low 50's tomorrow and we wont be getting a hotel room, this will be fun...... 😡

Fixed my travel trailer when I had a vent cover blow off, Ray replaced the part in 15 min, they are a great team, in and out in 30 min without a reservation
Well I bought a 2017 tempte super Hooper grain trailer from them. Had it a little more than a week a realized it wasn't working like I had hoped. Called them and told them the issues and was pretty much told to bad. I was even going jump into a 2018 and still told to bad. You bought it your stuck with it. Actually I was told to sell it on my own. Now I'm looking for another truck and trailer and don't think transwest will be getting my business. They showed me how much my buisness meant to them.
