Took my daughter here to donate her hair after an unfortunate incident involving scissors; Jessica was very patient and amused by the time my little one was done. Not only did my daughter receive a great cut, but she was also relaxed and thrilled that her donation was going toward a great cause. Thank you!
Nicolette made my daughters first experience at a hair salon the best it could be. She had rust colored hair from the water at a previous residence. Nicolette didn't let time factor into our appt. She took as much time as needed to restore her hair back to beautiful blonde hair and she offered to cut and style for my girl as well. She related to my 8th grader like a friend and made us feel very welcomed. So thankful we have finally found the right hairstylist!

Great management and stylist. Haley is the best! I've had my hair done by her a few times and she is very knowledgeable on products. :) I come from out of town just to see her. Can't wait to come see her again!

This salon was the first in Jacksonville to ever make me feel welcome. I've lived her my whole life (almost 20 years) and have never been able to find a hair stylist that works for me. Not only is Melissa and the rest of her staff AMAZING and so polite, they make you feel welcome and get to know you and take care of you. I have eczema on my head, and nobody has ever treated it kindly. I told Melissa what was going on, and not only was she careful and soft with it, she gave me tips on how to take care of it.
