Not Satified I have curly hair and sometimes I like getting it straightened out. I came here not being able to get an appointment at my usual place and I left with really frizzy unhealthy looking hair. I had to go home an do it myself.

Transformations Salon is Awesome This is the best salon in Jacksonville. The stylist are well trained and up to date on the latest styles. The salon is cozy and comfy yet at the same time fun! They always make me laugh and really care about me! It's affordable yet they really take care of you! I just love it!
Transformations Salon is Terrific! My family and I have used them for years. My husband goes and gets his haircut and beard trimmed several times a month. My children also enjoy going and my daughter will often get a pedicaure too. She has also gone to get a special updo for dances, weddings, etc. We think they are the best salon in Jacksonville!
Great Service! I found Transfoprmations Salon on a trip to the the nail salon next door. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to work me in. I only waited about 10 minutes and Ann was able to give me an awesome haircut. I went back a few weeks later an got a facial with Ester. Amazing! I highly recommend this salon.
Best Salon in Jacksonville I found I have been to quite a few salons in, Jax where they're over priced and cut hair uneven and just aren't really friendly. When I first went to Transformations, they were immediately nice. I was introduced to Mandy to do my hair since I had no appointment and I told her how I wanted highlights and what colors. Very unhappy I went to Transformations to get a touch up on my roots. It was applied very unevenly and I now have huge gaps of dark brown root showing through all over my head. Not to mention the distinctly orange tinge that the rest of my blonde hair has now taken on!!! The manager was completely rude and unprofessional when she spoke with me and had a well your s.o.l. type attitude! She refused to give me a refund and I was just out of $120.00!!!! good The service was very good here. The hairstylists were very nice. The salon was clean and professional. They were quick and efficient at doing hair and cut it however you like. The salon was nicely decorated and there was no wait. Parking is not a problem. They are located in the building in front of the Old Navy and all those other stores.
Not good at all I had gone to this salon for about 6 months and each time they did a decent job.I say decent because my hair was either wet and I would have to come home and blow dry it,or they didn't completely flat iron it. They had cut hair the most even for, Jacksonville. This last time that I went, I had my hair colored with highlights, thinned out and 4 inches gone that were not suppose to be cut!
