Kayla Romero is very knowledgeable and I recommend her for all your hair needs. I am starting my transition to blonde with her and lemme just say one thing SHE IS THE BEST!! She is honest and I will not be going anywhere else in Jacksonville. After one session my hair is looking healthy and not fried and she recommended the best products for my hair type and it is amazing for my hair. She is very trustworthy. Amazing place!! Always neat and clean! The people are so friendly! Brittany Davis is my girl there! For the last year or so she has been my go to girl for not just my self but for my picky teenage daughter and my mother! Always kind and gives us her true opinion when we want things done! Gonna miss her when we move out of state!!
Miscommunication with my stylist resulted me leaving with brassy orange hair instead of a honey balayage. She did not inform me it would take more than one session to get my desired effect. When she has finished she stated she knows its not the color I requested and would have to come back in one month to get it corrected. I found out later it would be almost another full payment to get it corrected. My balayage was not well blended either. Melissa has been doing my hair since 1995-ish, since before it was Transformations. My family has been blessed with awkward cowlicks and thankfully we found her when I was a teenager. Because of how my hair lies, my experiences with other stylists have turned disastrous. Melissa has never failed me.
