Yesterday was my first time at Transformations- it is an adorable salon with a super friendly staff! Tori cut 10" off my hair and gave me a great new "lob"- I love it! So glad to have found a trustworthy salon in Jax!

The salon itself is very cute but I got my hair done by Stephanie and am very unhappy with it. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and what I got is nothing like the pic. She basically did what she wanted with my hair. I asked for a cut that sits on my shoulders and got a long asymmetrical bob with too short layers and chunks missing. I intended to get color done as well but she was not on the same page with what I wanted. Thank god I went with my gut on that one!
