I don’t typically do reviews but if I could give TIS 6 stars, I would. I don’t have the most expensive car but they treated me as if I was selling them a Ferrari. The entire process was mapped out to me start-to-finish and my offer was thoroughly explained to keep me out of the dark of why they came to that number which was great. Tried to sell my Audi A5 via FB but got no offers. My dealer recommended Carmax so I made an appointment. But a friend suggested Trade In Solutions, having sold them 2 cars. Got an offer from Carmax before going to TIS, figuring I had nothing to lose by comparing. But there was no comparison. Abe asked if I had a quote from Carmax but didn't ask the amount. TIS offered me $700 more than Carmax, even without knowing their quote. Easiest auto transaction I ever had. I highly recommend this service.
