If you're selling your car (whether you own OR lease), look no further than Trade-In Solutions; truly a concierge service from beginning to end. I was impressed with the entire process. Upon arrival you're greeted at check-in and invited to wait in the lounge while you're vehicle is appraised (with oversized couches and tons of refreshments.) Abe, my appraiser, came and got me and brought me to his office where he offered a deal for my car that was ABOVE the Kelly Blue Book Value. It was low-pressure and above all FAIR. Jennifer with Finance took care of all of the paperwork including the lease payout and notifying the DMV of the change. Before I knew it, Abe was whisking me away to do one final check for my belongings in the old car BEFORE ORDERING AND PAYING FOR AN UBER to take me wherever I needed to go next. The easiest way to sell a car, PERIOD. Kudos!

I've always believed that if something seems too good to be true, then it probably is. My experience with Trade-In Solutions is forcing me to rethink this motto. First, I thought the Yelp reviews must be too good to be true, so I made an appointment to find out for myself. Once I arrived at their nice West LA office, I was warmly welcomed by name as I entered. I then had a nice chat with the very friendly gentleman working the front desk before giving him my keys and being shown to their very comfortable waiting area. Okay, so it turned out the amazing Yelp reviews weren't too good to be true, but I still assumed that since this is Los Angeles and we are dealing with cars that the evaluation would take a long time and they would keep me waiting for a while. I was wrong again. Abe assessed my car and after about only fifteen minutes of waiting, he returned and we were in his office discussing their offer for my car. So I was wrong to not expect comfortable amenities and excellent customer service, but I hadn't yet heard their offer for my car, so I still assumed that they would give me some low ball offer and I would go back to Car Max to accept the offer I had gotten from them days earlier or keep the car on the private market. Once again, I couldn't have been more wrong. I attempted to remain cool when Abe told me they were offering me a sum which was almost 20% more than what Car Max had offered, but the shock and elation must've been written all over my face. Every doubt I had about this place was proven wrong, yet I was still a little worried when I left their offices because I didn't have the check yet. Everyone I spoke with there gave me confidence that I was dealing with a credible and legitimate operation, yet I must admit it was a little disconcerting to sign over the title before having the money in hand. However, my final fear was alleviated when my payment arrived a few days later. The next time I sell a car, this place will be my very first call. I cannot recommend Trade-In Solutions enough!!!
