Verified Renter A very nice apartment complex in Uptown. Track29 is a great place to live if you want to be close to Uptown without having the noise of Uptown. Although this sits on a busier street than most, the noise is very low (for a city). Maintenance is always quick to fix any mechanical issues in the apartment and the staff is very friendly. Overall, a great place to live.

Verified Renter Amenities didn’t work right as I moved in. I read this same complaint on a number of different reviews. Other than the amenities being out of order, the parking in the parking garage is very tight and difficult to fit in a space if you have any car bigger than a sedan. These things aside, the apartment is very clean and spacious.

Verified Renter I still want to give the benefit of the doubt by saying they are really busy, but my experience so far has been getting worse and worse. I picked this apartment since I really liked the amenities, but management has been very unresponsive to the multitude of issues I have been experiencing during the first week I've been here already. Verified Renter I appreciate how much the staff at Track 29 does to ensure the building is cared for and in good repair. They respond so quickly to repair requests and communicate so effectively about repairs within the building. I am sorry for all of the work they have had to do in the last few weeks from dealing with the pool area being messed up (shame on whoever did that!) to the situation that occurred the other evening in our lobby.
