Verified Renter Nice amenities and helpful staff, the construction this summer has made things complicated but that’s not the apartments fault. They do monthly events and overall people are fairly friendly and quiet. There is a bit of noise on the greenway at night if you are a light sleeper I would suggest the Bryant side of the building.

Verified Renter When I was looking at apartments nearly a year ago, this complex checked off all of my listed look-fors (pet-friendly, great location, useful amenities, etc). The walkability to local businesses has been such an improvement in quality of life for myself and my partner. The private dog park next to the building is great for lunchtime dog sessions with my dog when I don't want to walk to an actual dog park (though Lake of the Isles is only half a mile away). Verified Renter I re-upped for another year. I really like living here. Great facilities and location Love the new bird netting over the zen garden. I do wish there were umbrellas for the table on the 5th floor balcony. Most importantly - the staff here really seem to care.

Verified Renter I really like Track 29 the move in was very easy the staff are all really nice and helpful, I think I’m really going to enjoy it here! This place is very clean, the amenities are great and very easy to get too. It is very close to shopping, gas stations, drugstores, restaurants. The area is very pretty.
