Verified Renter Great location, friendly staff, good value. Building and units are beginning to show signs of wear, but maintenance is always quick to respond to any repairs needed. Love the rooftop! Neighborhood has everything you need.

Verified Renter Well, I have now been here for 1 month and am very glad I made the move from my duplex that I had lived in for the last 34 years. I love everything about this place: 5th floor balcony, pool, zen garden, etc. Other residents have been extremely nice as have the staff. The only negative: wifi in the zen garden and 5th floor balcony is not working. I use my Kindle so much and it needs wifi.

Verified Renter My partner and I have lived here for almost 3 years. We have really enjoyed our time here. The apartment itself is nice and feels like home. I love how animal-friendly Track is! My one main complaint is the uptick in crime. I don’t feel as safe in Uptown as I once did.
