Extremely dissatisfied. I’ve had my car for THREE WEEKS and the check engine light came on. Waited over an hour and they don’t know what’s wrong with it. It’s covered until 60,000 miles and are still going to charge me to get the diagnostic test ran??? The man I spoke with was in no way helpful and, for a brand new customer, I did not get the help that I deserved. Not a great way to start a professional relationship Toyota. Not happy. Will be following up.

Was contacted by their internet sales. Told them what I was looking for, gave them my budget and even gave them the trade-in value I was given by two different dealerships for my car. They said my budget was doable and had me come in. I got there, they did their usual dealership nonsense with all the hidden costs they throw at you and low and behold when all was said and done, they were over $100 per month over my budget. Came into the dealership with my brother to buy a new rav4 and had a great experience , everything was easy going and not pushy . Cosmo the sales rep that was helping really took his time in showing and explaining all the features with the new technology of the car. Thanks!!

My husband and I recently leased our 4th Toyota Highlander and always come to Toyota Universe. What made this experience different was Mike Dispenza. We told him what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend and he delivered. Mike was patient but also hussled back and forth to make the deal happen.
