My Sales person Robert was the worst. He straight up lied several times when I asked specific questions, that pretty much already knew the answer to. Then simple answers to questions he should have known, he didn't. He should not be working in car sales it is not his forte. I was actual willing to drive off the lot that day, if I wasn't constantly being lied to. If I ever do decide to come into toyota universe again. I would hope I would have a more, intelligent, articulate, and experienced sales person., Robert is terrible.
I just came in to test drive an 2018 Camry and George Chiquito helped me. He was super patient and very informative even in this snowstorm. I Highly recommend George Chiquito who is a great salesperson and easy on the eyes too.
