When you say something negative, Toyota universe will block you. This happened with my husband. They did not solve the problem. They just lie. The company said yes the car is yours for one price. They let you leave with the car after only leaving a down payment. Then tell you come back in 2 days and sign the paperwork. Only to come back and wait. Then the payment doubled. So we did not want the car. And we were told we would get our money back 2 days later, but that’s a lie also. One week later, we still don’t have our money... read more
Só bad experience. They lie so much. Sold the car and don’t kept the price. After take your down payment they change the price of the car. Made me spend so much time and never sell the car the same time the seller tell you.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! A few months after I bought my car with less than 100k miles on it I realized it was burning oil. I was eating an oil change every 2,000 miles. The dealership serviced the car but didn’t want to fix the problem. Fast forward a few months down the line, the fix some sensors and tell me when the light comes on the will replace the engine.
