Have been waiting for my deposit back for 2.5 weeks now this is the third time I’ve been told to come down it’s ready to be picked up the previous 2 times I waited 20-30 min before being told that they didn’t have it ready and to come back because they were busy. This is my third time here there’s no one in the showroom they are not busy and I’ve been waiting 45 min now this is ridicules. I wouldn’t even recommends this place to someone I don’t like
I was told by one of the employees after I got the car that I can bring it back and I’ll get my down payment back and I get out of the debt. I sat with the supervisor, the sales person that helped me and the employee that promised me my money back. He literally lied to my face in front of his supervisor and told me that he never said that. Sadly I believe he’s still employed here even after I filed a BBB. It’s a shame how he made me go back just so he can lie in front of his supervisor and made me look dumb.

Stay away. Used cars are lemons. My elderly father is going to be stuck with expenses he cannot afford less than 2 months after buying a vehicle here. They stick you with an extra $1,000 fee for their “vehicle inspection”, and then the car starts falling apart.
