Went a few months ago and had a wonderful experience with a salesman showing me a beautiful vehicle and all was well. Went back today and was unfortunate enough to be greeted and “helped” by a salesman that was rude and told me that because I wasn’t buying today (that went towards their commission for this month) that he wasn’t worried about me and that I wasn’t helping him to meet his goal so I basically showed myself everything on a new car. Here is my honest experience. I live 2.5 hours away and looked online and this dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted. I called 3 days ahead of time and made an appointment to buy this car. Well after driving 2.5 hours to meet at scheduled time to buy car they told me they sold it yesterday and never even notified me. Needless to say I was furious so I went and purchased the same vehicle from that same day from Toyota of nicholasville 30 minutes away and and had a wonderful experience with them. Aaron, we offer no excuse relating to your experience with us. Our sales person made the appointment and simply failed to follow protocol. In this instance which is very rare the protocol was simply not followed and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. In an effort to remediate our mistake we did offer to locate and deliver the same vehicle at a lower price to offset the inconvenience but we certainly understand why our offer was rejected.
