I recently went to Toyota South for an oil change. I had a 12:15 appt. on a Saturday, but due to a prior mid-day engagement I had to drop off at 8:15 around the time they opened. To my surprise, they were able to get me in right then while I waited and had the car ready by 9:10 (5 minutes before they promised!). They reviewed my multi-point inspection with me, did NOT try to sell me anything my vehicle didn’t need and as another bonus, it was at LEAST $40 cheaper than a drive-thru oil changing place that I have been going to... read more

Leah helped so much!!! Especially when you can’t get away from work! I didn’t have to come to the dealership until I was ready to test drive, buy and sign. Leah handled all of the stuff while I was at work and when I was finally able to come in to test drive & but I was only there for an hour & a half!
