I love Toyota South, I took my car in to have recall work done and from where I work 2nd shift I needed to drop my car off then pick it up the next day, they let me use a loaner vehicle and my car was ready for me the next day

RecommendedI have owned 6 Toyota’s.. 5 were bought through this dealership and the sixth was an exchange of my #5 with my son’s Toyota. Even though #6 was purchased at another dealership, I go to Gates because of the service. They will always have my business unless they ever show me they don’t deserve it. They have been honest with me. I also like they offer me a loaner so they can service my car.
Employees are always super nice and friendly. Definitely the only place I will ever be doing business with

Just purchased my 2nd car from here. By far the best service out of all the other Toyota’s I have been to. I live in Frankfort, and it’s worth the hour drive to come here. Chase Freeman is an excellent person to deal with. He isn’t pushy at all, and knows how to get you in and out the door quickly. Plus the coffee and cookies aren’t bad either.
I take all of my vehicles to Toyota South for servicing, even the non-Toyota’s! The service team is great and informative. Last month I had a different car serviced and it needed some work but I wasn’t ready to have it done. There was no pressure and they finished only what I had requested. The waiting area is clean and inviting. Free coffee, hot chicolate, bottled water and fresh baked cookies are always available. I’ve also purchased 2 vehicles here. Easiest and best car purchases ever. Thanks!!

By far the best buying experience I've ever had from any dealership! Mike Reffert and Rick Witt were both very professional and went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. Everything that was discussed was on the vehicle when I arrived for pickup, and at the exact price I was quoted. All the other staff I encountered were great as well. They made the entire process as quick and painless as possible.
Gave me the run around for a week. Didnt even have the guts to call me back after being promised the next day. Had the receptionist call me saying i forgot some papers from my car i was trading in. If your looking for a straight answer i wouldnt recommend.
Amazing service from our salesman Clarence and financial manager Cynthia. Worked extremely hard and helped us in any way they could to get us what we needed. Will most definitely be going back to them in the future!
