Met expectations as usual after seven years of service
Recently had my Prius serviced there. Had to replace the hybrid battery after 12 years of reliable service. The Service Advisor, August Spencer was nothing short of professional. They offered a genuine value on the service I received for what was a very expensive (but still reasonably priced) visit. Thank you August! (Side note to the dealership owner, Jim Graham.......August deserves a big "atta boy" and a raise! : )
I had service done today on my 2019 Rav 4 and everything was very efficient. I also want to commend Michelle who I talked with yesterday to set up my appointment yesterday. She was very pleasant to work with on the phone and very professional.
In the past two years, we have purchased two new vehicles from Santa Margarita Toyota. The purchase experiences were not only highly professional, but pleasant in every respect. Since the purchases, we have found the service department to excellent not only in their technical approach, but in their commitment to excellent customer service as well.
