They cheated me too. Offered me a car at fleet price and then ordered the car for me. When the car arrived at the dealer, they said I had to pay full sticker or they would sell the car to someone else. I think bait-and-switch is illegal. No ethics at this dealer.
Worst experience ever. I have been dealing with Teclo since 07/19 when I first inquired about a vehicle that was in transit. At first his communication was great. We were emailing back and forth. I was trying to work out a deal offering my all in price and at that point everything changed. His responses were short when I started questioning the all in price with tax and fees. James was great! He worked with us (sometimes difficult on our part) with honesty and integrity. Owner, Robin, was just as amicable and helpful. I love this dealership because they have a “no bicker” policy; the price you see is the lowest around and they don’t play games to change their bottom line offers. Highly recommend Santa Margarita Toyota
