Just bought 2 cars and the fiance department did a bait a switch. Change the term and interest rate, so I could get the payment I wanted and really did not explain it. Not I have a pathfinder the price a buying a new house. I will never come back.

My Salesperson Charles Guzman is awesome. He knows his job and get the process started and finished quickly. He is a true sales professional with a great personality. The finance guy Dan was great also.
I have had the worse experience just to get my car oil change. I was here for 3 hours. I sat in the waiting area and everyone had left and couldn’t tell me about my car. Finally after everyone left they found my car in the parking lot which they claim was finish and wanted to say it want their fault and trying to say sorry for the long wait. The problem needs to be fix and this was not the first time. I want to thank you guys because you have lost a loyalty customer
This was the worst car buying experience ever! The car salesman was very unprofessional, had me and my daughter jumping through hoops to make the deal work. The dealership allowed me and my daughter to drive off the lot as if the deal was done and then waited three weeks to tell me to bring the vehicle back. No tag was ever issued even after being told or having me return or the dealership several times to pick up the tag. Love Love Love my new Versa! We traveled over an hour and had the BEST experience! Aleshia Randall was Wonderful and made our visit stress free. The Manager had no problem meeting my price and Sarah with Allstate was Amazing! The Finance guy was very professional. Thank you guys! If you're looking for a car GO SEE THEM!!!!
