I walked in on a Saturday morning around 11:30am. The receptionist great friendly exceptional service. The only thing I had a problem with was with this COVID-19 stuff none of the staff had on mask and except for the customers and service mechanics. All I seen was signs about social DISTANCING. The receptionist sprayed down the her area but I think you should have at least hand sanitizer or Clorox wipes on the desk it standing hand sanitizers. Something to protect your employees. The workers were all very nice and the customer service was excellent.
False advertisement and poor customer service if you going to try to sell a vehicle at lease be happy about it smile don't be dry. Make the customer feel welcome and hopeful despite credit flaws or whatever someones circumstance is. The advertisement posted for March 14th 2020 was not accurate very disappointed.
I purchased my vehicle from here on Dec 28 2019. My car starter skipping so I took it to a reliable transmission place. They told me that it is the transmission slipping when it's cold. I called Nissian on Jan 12 and told them about the issue. They said there was nothing they could do cause or no warranty on the car. I tried calling the GM several times and never got to speak to him. He also never called me back after several messages. Buying my car was great but your service center sucks my first appointment I waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment I just left today because your representative Princess is very unprofessional and has no business in customer service After being argued with and disrespected I left without getting service so I drove an hour in traffic from Acworth for nothing I will take my business somewhere else
I went in for a recall and what I thought was a free oil change. I soon found out that the free oil change that I was told I was getting from my sales persons whom no longer works at this location was a lie. After speaking with two people from 2 different departments about the situation and feeling like I was getting the run around and lied to, the manager stepped in and made the situation right by paying for my oil change out of his own pocket.
