Our experience at Toyota of Turnersville was outstanding. We were greeted at the door by Patrick Carmody who jumped through hoops to make sure we got the C-HR we wanted in the color we wanted. He had one sent from another dealership immediately. Unfortunately that one had a small scratch so they apologized and had another one sent right away. He was so concerned about wasting our time. Edit: After posting this review I got a call from Phil who wanted to help me! Not only did he offer a free service appointment but he also offered to pick my car up from work and bring it back to me. I had recently got my service so I didn’t need that but I had warning lights on so he checked the lights and fixed my problem all at NO CHARGE! Thank you Phil for turning my frown into a smile!!! I worked with Matt Wolfe at Toyota of Turnersville. I really enjoyed my car buying experience, they cut to the chase gave me a good trade in number out of the gate and worked on their number quite a bit on the used Tundra I bought. I went to a few other dealers first and found the people over at Turnersville really easy to work with!
I have purchased plenty of cars here. Yesterday I purchased a used Jeep from Bill Cirucci. Very nice guy. Looked for a month and he never pressured me. Did most of the paper work online. Only spent an hour there yesterday to test drive and leave with Jeep.
