Disappointed to think that someone was rummaging around in my glove compartment while I was sitting in the lounge waiting for my oil change. The fingerprints left are a reminder to not go there anymore.

Do not shop here! They lied about pricing a vehicle I ordered! They offered $3000 too $5000 less than Kelly Blue Book said for my clean trade. They sit you in a large open area with tables like a restaurant with no privacy so you listen to others business and visa versa. No coffee, no water, nothing for your 5 plus hour ordeal. Shop elsewhere. I should have!

My wife and I were very interested in a used car this dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left with the keys. Frustrating, but ok, we rescheduled to come back the next day. They stole a pair of (calipars) from me. The ones used for measuring. They were expensive ones that I used for work. They were in the vehicle that I traded in and when I came back for them they denied they were in the car. The boss of the place actually told me maybe I misplaced them on a shelf in my garage or something. I 100% guarantee they were taken. I have absolutely no doubt. Shady business and because of this one instance I will not ever do business with them again. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them. Never again.

I found a car on their website a 2007 C230 Mercedes Benz. I called for it and spoke to Hageen. He said it still available and he'll call me back in 5 minutes but never heard from them. I called a gain and Ameery answered and he said it still available and he'll call me back in 5 minutes but never heard from him until the next day when he said the car is sold. Service charges $165 per hour for diagnostic even with Platinum bumper to bumper warranty.Casey Owners....shameless, no issues with team that runs the shop.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Purchase the 2015 GMC terrain in March and part of the purchase agreement was for me to receive WeatherTech floor mats and a free oil change. I was advised that the weather tech floor mats might be generic not that they would be all weather mats. When I receive the mats after the purchase and the papers were signed I could’ve gotten better mats at Walmart they were cheap thin and flimsy. This site advertised a part I purchased but without me noticing it took me to parts.lovelandtoyota.com. I purchased the part and received a confirmation email. Never recieved any other communication ubntil I tried to call which the number did not work so I emailed. They replied with no source for the part and I have yet to get my requested refund. I am having to process a chargeback due to what I consider to be a spam site toyotapartsovertock.com. Toyota Parts Overstock Order Confirmed (Order #12436810)
