My salesman Pankaj was great but the experience was less than optimal. I was given a price out the door and sent the F&I office with Austin where I was pushed for multiple upgrades said no multiple times and then on the last offer they said my payment would only go up $5 a month and so I said okay cuz it sounded like a good deal. Got home and looked over the paperwork more closely and my total Finance amount went up by $3,700 for the extended warranty and gap. Disappointed to think that someone was rummaging around in my glove compartment while I was sitting in the lounge waiting for my oil change. The fingerprints left are a reminder to not go there anymore.
Do not shop here! They lied about pricing a vehicle I ordered! They offered $3000 too $5000 less than Kelly Blue Book said for my clean trade. They sit you in a large open area with tables like a restaurant with no privacy so you listen to others business and visa versa. No coffee, no water, nothing for your 5 plus hour ordeal. Shop elsewhere. I should have!
My wife and I were very interested in a used car this dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left with the keys. Frustrating, but ok, we rescheduled to come back the next day. They stole a pair of (calipars) from me. The ones used for measuring. They were expensive ones that I used for work. They were in the vehicle that I traded in and when I came back for them they denied they were in the car. The boss of the place actually told me maybe I misplaced them on a shelf in my garage or something. I 100% guarantee they were taken. I have absolutely no doubt. Shady business and because of this one instance I will not ever do business with them again. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them. Never again.
