Dealer contacted me quickly but for some reason I decided not to pursue this one.
OK price but I have found that there are two outstanding recalls on the vehicle.

Sent me a follow up but did not have what I wanted.
Rep met me as requested but dealer did not want my trade I guess because dealer offered me $5000 less than I got elsewhere in trade for a better vehicle at a lower price.

Although the deal was finalized; it was a very annoying experience. The salesperson was helpful; however, he neglected to provide ALL the information related to the vehicle throughout the sale. The sales manager was worse. His expectations of having the customer PAY the dealership's bank service fees almost ruined the deal. Very difficult to deal with.
Very good. They sent info but did not pester like some dealer do. Very much appreciated!
I made an offer, it was accepted I bought my 2011 highlander. It took longer to wash the vehicle for delivery than to sign the paper work.do your research then go make a deal with this guy's !
