The team at Toyota of Tri-Cities was prompt in contacting me send both an email addressing my questions and calling to confirm that I had received it and to find out if I had an other other questions. We scheduled a test drive for the following day and within 48 hours from first contact we had purchased our '13 Highlander SE. Everyone from Mac and Carmen on the sales team to Gus with financing were easy to work with and went abi e and beyond to make the process as easy as possible

I was not contacted personally from this car lot. I was only sent an email, stating that I would be contacted.
After "working on an offer" with his associate, the salesman offered me the sticker price for the vehicle I was interested in and about $4,000 less than trade in value for my car that was in good shape. This place is a complete waste of time.
