Truck was advertised as "super clean" and "non smoker"... was reassured by salesman that no smells from the truck at all. Traveled two and a half hours to see the truck after placing a $1,000 deposit down on the vehicle. Got a hint of funny smell during test trive, but was once again assured by salesman that he used to be a smoker, and he would never have asked us me to travel so far for a smoky vehicle. I found the Staff very personable and friendly. They worked to make the experience easy with no pressure and were even accommodating on minor issues. Since we were from out of town, they made great effort to have the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
They advertised a 2017 Tacoma 4X4 long bed double cab with nav on your website. I contacted them and spoke to a salesperson to get my questions answered. I decided not to purchase due to their asking price. A few days later the dealer lowered the price and I decided to take a look. Living 250 miles away, I asked if they would hold it with a refundable deposit. It took three quotes for the dealer to get the revised estimate correct. My experience was very good. Mac, Justin and I believe it was a Mel were all extremely cordial and knowledgeable. Excellent car just wasn't quite what we were looking for. Had a 6 cylinder in mind.I would highly recommend that Toyota dealership.
